Privacy policy

Global Resident provides residence permit support. To handle a case we store the data you enter in your account. This page explains what exactly, why, and who it is shared with.

What we store

  • First and last name, email address and phone number — you provide these when signing up.
  • The interface language you chose.
  • The residence programmes you selected and the stage of each case.
  • Your conversations with the operator and with the assistant bot.
  • Technical records: sign-in time, the device holding the session, and the IP address in the staff activity log.
  • Corporate enquiries: name, company, address and the text of the request.

Why

  • Create and protect your account: sign-in, email confirmation, password recovery.
  • Run the support process: choose a programme, show the stages, answer questions.
  • Resolve disputes: the staff activity log records who opened your case and what they changed.
  • Reply to a corporate enquiry.

Who we share with

  • Resend — email delivery: address confirmation, password recovery, corporate enquiries.
  • Amazon Web Services — hosting for the service and the database, Ireland region (European Union).
  • Nobody else. We do not sell data, do not pass it to ad networks and do not use it for profiling.

How long we keep it

  • As long as the account exists. Deleting the account deletes the data and the conversations with it.
  • One-time confirmation and recovery links expire and are stored only as an irreversible digest.
  • Passwords are never stored in plain form — only their hash.

Your rights

  • Request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account.
  • Withdraw consent — this means deleting the account.
  • Write to globalresident1@gmail.com: requests are handled within 30 days.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

  • Technical cookies: your sign-in session and the chosen language. The site does not work without them, and they need no consent.
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics: anonymised visit statistics that show which pages are useful.
  • Advertising cookies — Google Ads: they note that you came from our ad and mark a sign-up after such a visit, so we can see which ads work. We do not enable personalised ads or remarketing.
  • Both are enabled only after you agree in the banner. Until you answer, or if you decline, the trackers are not loaded at all — not loaded-but-silent, simply not connected.
  • Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time on this page.
  • Google processes this data as an independent controller; transfers outside the EU may occur under standard contractual clauses.

Children

  • The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect children's data; details of minor family members are provided by the adult applicant in conversation with a manager.
